Interim Management Services

We provide interim managers who can work full or part time, as required to meet your requirements.

The economy is going through a difficult period, and many organisations will not feel sufficiently confident to commit to taking on new employees. If this is the case, then an interim manager is able to provide a higher level of service to the client along with the flexibility that they need to meet ongoing business demands. We can provide such people to work alongside you.

We specialise in the management and control of the disposal of companies and divisions. After the sale, there is often much work to do covering ongoing financial reporting, ensuring the continuation of finacial controls, arranging the disposal of assets not included in the sale, helping to resolve disputes which the new company is not taking over, collecting old debts, liaising over the disposal of company premises, and the host of administrative procedures with external bodies including HMRC, etc. We can help with all such requirements, and report regularly on progress.

We can provide assistance with cash forecasting on a short and long term basis. This can help a business survive in the current times, and our service includes advice and action on improving cash flow by reviewing all aspects of the cycle.

Our cash forecasting expertise is based on hard experience earned both in the last recession and helping companies to survive in tight private equity led structures. We are doers and not just advisers.

David Pugh is a Director and Secretary of the Institute of Interim Management.
